Enrolment Terms & Conditions and Studio Policies

Thank you for choosing Infinity Dance Nation (“IDN”). These Terms & Conditions govern enrolments, payments, attendance, studio conduct, and participation in programs offered by IDN. By enrolling yourself or your child in any class, workshop, private lesson, event, or program operated by IDN, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and apply to all enrolments and participation from the date of publication.

Section A — General Enrolment & Payment Policy

Payment secures a place in the program and does not guarantee usage or attendance. Non-attendance does not constitute grounds for refund, credit, or extension.

  1. All payments made to IDN are non-refundable. Students are responsible for reviewing schedules and availability before making payment. Non-use of services does not relieve the student of payment obligations.

  2. Regular classes are available via Class Passes or through term enrolment. Term-based classes require enrolment for the duration of the term, and re-enrolment each term is required to maintain a place in the class. Non-term classes operate on a pre-booking system and all passes carry defined validity periods. Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  3. Trial Passes are valid for three (3) weeks, and are limited to first-time students and may be purchased once per individual. Trial Passes are non-transferable and may not be repurchased under alternative identities.  Unused or missed Trial Pass sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, make-up, rescheduling, or credit.

  4. IDN reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, merge, or modify classes when needed. Notice will be provided to affected students.

Section B — Attendance, Leave & Make-Up for Non-Term Classes

The policies in this section apply to non-term classes.

  • Bookings must be made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior. Late cancellations will be treated as attended and deducted accordingly.

  • Missed sessions — including no-shows and late cancellations — that are not caused by IDN are not eligible for make-up, validity extension, refund, or credit.

Section C — Attendance, Leave & Make-Up for Term-Based Classes

Term enrolment requires commitment to a fixed schedule. Students must confirm availability before enrolling.

1. Regular Term Classes

  • Missed classes are not eligible for credit, refund, or deferment beyond the enrolled term, and may not be exchanged, converted, or applied as a discount toward private lessons.

  • Students may undertake a make-up class, subject to availability. A maximum of two (2) makeup classes is permitted per term, primarily intended to accommodate missed sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Any makeup classes required must be undertaken within the same term period as the initial enrolment and may not be carried over to subsequent terms. Make-up classes may be taken across any dance style offered by IDN. If the selected class carries a higher fee, the student must pay the difference.

  • Participation in make-up classes is optional; if the options offered are not feasible, neither a refund nor an extension will be granted.

  • New students may withdraw within the first three (3) weeks without penalty. Withdrawals after this period incur a $100 early exit fee.

2. Expert Term Classes

  • Make-up opportunities for Expert Term Classes are limited and subject to availability. Students may undertake a make-up class within the same term, subject to availability. If the selected class carries a lower fee, no price adjustment, refund, or credit will apply.

3. Casual Enrolment

  • Students who are unable to commit to the full term may attend classes on a casual basis at the applicable casual rate. This option applies to both Regular and Expert programs.

  • Term pricing, term-based benefits, and make-up entitlements do not apply to casual enrolments. Casual enrolment provides flexibility of attendance but does not confer the privileges associated with full-term enrolment.

4. Make-Up Class Conditions

  • Make-up or alternative arrangements are based on class availability and scheduling and cannot be guaranteed with a specific instructor. Instructor preference does not constitute grounds for credit, refund, or extension.

5. Late Arrival, No-Show, Late Cancellation

  • Sessions start and conclude at scheduled times. Late arrival does not entitle additional time.

  • All programs require a minimum twenty-four (24) hours cancellation notice. Sessions missed without valid notice—including no-shows or cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session—will be charged in full and are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling. Notification must be submitted through approved communication channels. Notification alone does not constitute cancellation unless acknowledged by IDN.

Section D — Private Lessons
  • Private lessons require full payment to confirm booking; bookings are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

  • If a student cancels with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, the lesson may be rescheduled at IDN’s discretion. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Sessions will conclude at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

Section E — Studio Conduct, Safety & Wellbeing
  • Students must arrive on time and wear appropriate attire and footwear. IDN may restrict participation for safety reasons.

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children before and after class times.

  • By enrolling, students confirm they are physically able to participate in dance or exercise-based activities. Medical advice should be sought if unsure.

  • Participation is voluntary. Students must not participate in classes or use our facilities if they are suffering from any illness, disease, injury, or other condition that could pose a risk to themselves or others.

  • IDN is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Pre-class discussions do not replace medical advice. Participation is at the student’s own risk to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • IDN maintains a respectful, inclusive culture. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.

  • IDN is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Students are encouraged not to bring valuables.

  • CCTV surveillance operates 24 hours a day in studio areas. Damage to studio or building property may result in liability for repair or replacement.

Section F — Copyright & Media
  • All choreography, class content, and teaching materials are the intellectual property of IDN and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • IDN may film or photograph classes and events for promotional or community purposes.

  • By enrolling, students grant IDN permission to use images or video of themselves or their children for promotional purposes, including website, print, and social media, unless an opt-out request is submitted in writing. Opt-out requests must be submitted in writing prior to the class or event. Opt-out requests do not apply retrospectively to content already captured or published.
